EasyFill AB (publ) announced in a press release on September 13, 2024 that the company had signed a letter of intent (LOI) with the Slovak management of Ebeco regarding the sale of Ebeco s.r.o., Ebeco Slovakia s.r.o. and Ebeco AS. The transaction was completed on September 30, 2024.
